In 1971, Chuck
Lower established a residential heating and air conditioning company.
In 1978 plumbing and Commercial HVAC construction where added and then in
1997 a temperature control department took shape. Now 40 years later, Lower,
Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has grown to a full service
mechanical contractor with over forty full time plumbing, HVAC and office
professionals working hard to serve their customers, yet, is still able to offer personal service.
We proudly serve the communities of Topeka and Northeast Kansas.
The companies strengths are many. We offer turn key
design, installation and future maintenance to the building owner no matter
what size of project you may have. Lower provides all of the services
required in the commercial and residential plumbing and HVAC markets from
working on a small room addition to a multi story office building.
From new construction to remodels and retrofits, with plumbing and HVAC
service, Lower Inc. always stands ready to work with their customers
and contractors.
